Was released. This was part of a failed business strategy Nintento had for making exclusive games as incentive to buy a DSI.

This idea ultimately failed, and many of the games -- good or bad, failed and faded into obscurity. I've recently gotten my hands on a 3DS and a copy of the game and I've been having a blast with it, so I looked up to see if anyone had ripped the soundtrack, and no one had.
